Join physical therapist Rachael R. Resch for this state-of-the art holistic post-rehab exercise wellness program designed to teach you how to heal and strengthen your hips, knees and spine.  Develop core strength, flexibility, efficient movement patterns, improve bone density, balance and body awareness.  

Most of each class is done lying down - either on the floor or on a bed.

Suggested props:
The following props are helpful for both safety and efficacy, but not required:
  1. Pillows or yoga blankets
  2. Resistance band or tubing - Highly recommended for a healthy spine.
  3. Yoga strap, belt or scarf
  4. Yoga block or 3" thick book
  5. Straight back chair
  6. Pair 5# ankle...
