Our online birth classes have all of the components of a traditional class for hospital birth, with a strong added focus on movement, breath and mindfulness - yep, we can teach all of that online! Our online classes still include group work, small group conversations in breakout rooms, and plenty of community building - all from the comfort and safety of your home.
All participants of our online birth classes can attend an optional free tour of UVMMC Labor & Delivery and the Postpartum Units. Please note, registration for your tour is separate from birth class registration. Please register early -...
