Join Kaleigh Mulpeter (Pelvic Physical Therapist and yoga teacher) for a practice to cultivate mobility and strength as you prepare for labor and postpartum. Class will incorporate breathwork, core activation, hip strength and mobility, and more to help you feel ready to take on the next chapter. (Class is also suitable for postpartum).
