A cozy compilation of restorative poses suitable for any level student. Many of the gentle floor poses are held for longer frames of time allowing you to relax and open without force. Grab a blanket a pillow or pillows to help support your body, deepen your stretch and focus on overall joint and ligament health.  
 
Suitable for all practitioners, including beginners.
