Open Studio Time* is an informal setting where students can ask questions about their own practice, individual poses, or yoga philosophy. Susie will be in the studio to answer any questions and/or help students on how to deepen both their asana practice as well as spiritual practice. This is a great opportunity for both beginners and non-beginners alike.
