This 1 1/2  hour class will begin with a seated meditation focusing on breath control (pranayama). We will work into a short period of gently moving our bodies, which will lead to several restorative postures. Each posture is 5-7 minutes long, where props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) will be used to allow the joints and muscles to completely relax, allowing for a deeper stretch and opening. 

Suggested Props Online Restorative:  (Set up near a wall or chair if possible)

Blankets
2 pillows (if you do not have a bolster)
2 thick books (if you don't have blocks)
