Vinyasa to Yin fusion is a yoga style that blends the dynamic, breath-synchronized movement of Vinyasa with the deep, stillness-based stretches of Yin yoga, creating a practice that nurtures both strength and release A practice that begins with breath-led movement and settles into deep, spacious stillness.

Move first, to clear the path. A fluid vinyasa sequence designed to awaken strength, circulation, and inner heat—just enough to soften the edges and prepare the body to receive, begins class.

Then we shift. The second half of class melts into Yin: long-held, floor-based shapes that invite release in the fascia, quieting of the mind, and a slow descent into rest. This is where the practice becomes a conversation with your inner landscape—patient, tender, and grounding.

Perfect for students seeking balance: effort and ease, strength and surrender, movement and stillness. You’ll leave feeling centered, spacious, and deeply restored.

  • Vinyasa (the “Vin” part): Begins with flowing sequences where each movement is linked to the breath. This builds heat, strengthens muscles, and improves cardiovascular health, making connective tissues more receptive to stretching.

  • Yin (the “Yin” part): Follows with longer-held poses (3–5 minutes) targeting deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints. This promotes flexibility, joint mobility, and mental calm
