spots leftWelcome to Spring and sweat it out with 108 Sun Salutations led by several of our teachers! Gentle Sun Salutations, traditional Surya Namaskara flows, followed by gentle stretches, restorative poses and a singing bowl sound bath.
Do as many or as few as you would like. You are not required to stay for the entire time.
This is a donation based class with all proceeds going to our beloved Yoga in Action!
