This 90-minute class will begin with a seated meditation. A short period of gentle movements, which will lead to several restorative postures. Each posture is 5-10 minutes long, where props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) will be used to allow the joints and muscles to completely relax, allowing for a gentle deeper stretch and opening. Gina will be guiding the gentle movements into restorative yoga and Clare (Reiki Master) & Gina will share Reiki and light touch energy bodywork throughout the class and will end with a long savasana.
