This 90-minute class will be guided by Stacey D. Gibbons E-RYT500 Forrest Yoga, Jaguar Path, Trauma Sensitive, Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa, Shamanic Sleep. The practice will short period of gentle movements, which will lead to several restorative postures. Each posture is 5-10 minutes long, where props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) will be used to allow the joints and muscles to completely relax, allowing for a gentle deeper stretch and opening.
