Discover Your Inner Compass This 90-minute workshop goes far beyond a quiet moment and a journal prompt. Clare weaves together mindfulness, neuroscience, and storytelling to create a rich, supportive experience that helps you reconnect with your inner wisdom. You’ll explore different journaling styles—like gratitude lists, prompt-based writing, and stream-of-consciousness journaling to help clear mental clutter and open up insight. At the same time, learning the difference between mindful journaling and simply keeping a diary. Gentle guidance will help you embrace imperfection, develop a practice that fits your life, and quiet the inner critic. Each session includes a themed guided meditation (such as Loving Kindness or a Healing Waterfall Meditation) and time to write and reflect. Clare incorporates evidence-based practices like “Name it to Tame it” and shares powerful stories (like the Golden Buddha) to bring concepts to life. Whether new to journaling or returning to it, this workshop offers space to breathe, write, and grow at your own pace.
