Join us for a four-hour special mini retreat, celebrating the nearing of the spring season while embracing the final weeks of winter. This March Refresh will offer you quiet time to reflect on the blessings in your life, your values, and what truly matters in the year ahead. We will begin the afternoon with a gentle yoga flow, moving into a more traditional Vinyasa Flow, breaking for Ayurvedic refreshments, discussion, reflection and journaling. Following our break, we enter into meditations and restorative yoga with Reiki. This retreat will help you connect with your deepest wishes and step into the transition of seasons with grace, hope, and joy. Take this time to slow down, stretch, breathe, and rest—nourishing your mind, body, and heart with practices that leave you feeling peaceful, calm, and reconnected to yourself. Mini retreats are a beautiful act of self-care and a way to honor all that you carry in life, shared in the company of others with similar intentions. Please bring your yoga mat, everything else will be provided for your afternoon.
