This class will begin with a 30-minute gentle movement/meditation, guiding your attention to breath and body. This form of active meditation allows you to connect with the present moment, bringing calm to the mind. You will then transition into deep relaxation with a restorative Yoga Nidra practice. A supported savasana with plenty of props allowing for maximum comfort, leads to the guided Yoga Nidra practice where you maintain the slightest thread of awareness.
