This 1 1/2 hour class will begin with a seated meditation focusing on breath control (pranayama). A short period of gentle movements, which will lead to several restorative postures. Each posture is 5-10 minutes long, where props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) will be used to allow the joints and muscles to completely relax, allowing for a gentle deeper stretch and opening. Kelley will be guiding the gentle movements, and restorative postures and Clare (Reiki Master) will share Reiki and light touch energy bodywork throughout the class and will end with a long savasana.
