This is a Gentle Flow practice combining a series of postures, where with a gentler, slower paced flow, students will be able to move with a sense of ease from one posture to the next, coordinated with the breath. The slower pace allows one to mindfully approach each posture.
Designed to create a space to explore your practice, you will be encouraged to find the play between strength, stretch and flexibility, stability and ease, and to gain greater understanding of alignment and balance in the body.
Modifications and props are provided.
