This 1 1/2 hour class will begin with a seated meditation focusing on breath control (pranayama). A short period of gently movements, which will lead to several restorative postures. Each posture is 5-10 minutes long, where props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) will be used to allow the joints and muscles to completely relax, allowing for a gentle deeper stretch and opening. Susie and Denise will be sharing Reiki and light touch energy bodywork throughout the class and will end with a long savasana.
