This style of yoga, also known as Power Vinyasa or Power Yoga helps fine tune the true sense of yoga which is--Connection to your Inner Self/Source/Spirit. This style of yoga involves practicing vinyasa flow in a heated room. Susie will put her own spin of power and peace in her classes. Please bring your own mat and water.
