Yoga is always a work in progress. We are constantly moving to the next step on our own journey. There are so many forms of yoga (with their asanas) to practice – each practice gives us opportunities to challenge ourselves and to remain still when needed.
This class will offer those opportunities to expand when we are ready or remain stationary when needed, with some energy work thrown in for good measure. My goal is to provide guidance for learners to breathe and move through many forms of yoga – ashtanga, yin, hatha, restorative, etc.
We will experiment in poses using props and other available resources to explore and expand our bodies, minds, and spirits.
