We live in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic world. This can
make it challenging to weave in moments to slow down and
gently tend to our hearts.
Our intention for these monthly gatherings is to build a community where we can come together in a caring, supportive, non-judgmental environment. In addition, we will offer simple self-care practices during the hour together to help us slow down, breathe, connect to, and tend to our hearts.

versed in many healing modalities. On July 10th, we will be learning and experiencing Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT),
and Thought Field Therapy (TFT.)
