The Gentle Yoga class offers a full, yogic practice which moves through a range of postures in an unhurried yet progressive tempo. We focus on finding our optimal alignment and creating movement from that place. Enhanced by breath work, props and relaxation each class will also work on strengthening, lengthening and release. This is an ideal class for beginners, students with physical challenges who are uncomfortable in an all level class or anyone desiring to calm the pace of their practice.
