The class is a 60-minute group fitness dance workout lead by Charli.
Similar to our Salsa Fitness class, this Pop class consists of a warm up, dance fitness routines to current popular music and a cool down. 
There will be short breaks to explain the lyrics or tips to improve the participants dance skills.
Participants will fall in love with POP Fitness as they get swept away with the movement and the music.
WARNING: You may leave the class with an overall feeling of happiness & accomplishment.
