Moving Meditations for beginners and intermediates Qigong is an ancient Chinese health-promoting exercise. Qigong practices enhance overall mental and physical health and improve the outcome of post surgical/medical/injury recoveries. The hour-long class concentrates on basic Qigong postures, movements, breathing and mental concentration to unify body and mind, followed by meditation for self-awareness, and relaxation. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities.
