All levels yoga class designed to  condition flexibility, upper body & core strengthening. This class will help you find strength in transistions as well as an all around general practice. Work the full circumference of all the muscles that support the spine: Front, back, inside & outside as well as upper body strength and shoulder flexibility! Perfect for yogis who love a strong practice as well as flyers looking for solo training. Online only!

Props Suggested - Strap, blanket, blocks, bolster (or pillows).
