All levels yoga class designed to help condition hip strength and flexibility. This class will help you find strong, flexible and healthy hips, low back, and hamstrings. Work the full circumference of all the muscles that support the hip joint: Front, back, inside & outside. Great for bases or yogis who are looking for stable and open hips. Online only.

Props Suggested - Strap, blanket, blocks, bolster (or pillows).
