Handstands - Intermediate

This class is designed for students who are comfortable balancing in the middle of the room. We will work on training different forms of handstand such as handstand press, pikes, transitions and progressions towards one arm handstand. Required prerequisite: 10 second handstand in the middle of the room or instructor approval.
Note: Class size is capped at 10 students, preregistration recommended.
