This class is designed for those new to handstands or anyone who wants to take a step back and refine their technique. In this class we will cover how to condition strength and flexibility for handstand, proper technique as well as how to spot a handstand. This class is appropriate for anyone who is new to handstand or still working on learning how to balance in the middle of the room. No prerequisites, all are welcome.
Note: This is not a yoga class, however it will help with doing handstands in a yoga practice. Technique for yoga and acrobatic handstands will be covered.
