A Level 1 class is a great place to begin.  A full body workout is offered but at a slower pace than level 2 classes and with an emphasis on form, stabilising the core and building strength and flexibility. Both reformer and tower apparatus will be utilised. 

A private (one-on-one) session is required prior to joining group classes.
