Ready to up the challenge? The Level 2 class is for those graduating from level 1 classes with a solid Pilates foundation. Students must be familiar with the Pilates equipment and repertoire.
Class will move at a faster pace than level 1 classes and will incorporate the use of reformer, tower and jump-board with an emphasis on upper body strengthening work.
A private one-on-one Pilates session is required prior to booking a group class.
