This is an introductory reformer class for the Pilates beginner which moves slowly through proper breathing and body awareness while allowing you to become comfortable with the Pilates equipment and exercises.
This class is ideal if you are feeling tentative about jumping into a Level 1 class, if your movement has been limited in the past, or if you are recovering and want to rebuild your physial health in a slow and safe environment.
This class is limited to 5 people. An introductory private session is NOT required prior to joining this class.
