Level 2 Pilates equipment class is for those who are graduating from level 1 classes or have done Pilates before and are familiar with the exercises and equipment. 
Class will move at a faster pace than level 1 classes and will incorporate the use of reformer, tower and jump-board with an emphasis on upper body strengthening work.

A private one-on-one Pilates session is required prior to booking a group class.
