This is a Level 1 Pilates class and a great place to begin. A full body workout is still offered but at a slower pace than level 2 classes with an emphasis on form, stabilising the core and gaining strength. Both reformer and tower apparatus will be utilised. 

A private (one-on-one) session is required prior to joining group classes.
