Re-hydrating the fascia!  This yoga practice integrates gentle movements to help release the bodies fascia and connective tissue that may be tight and dried out.  When we don't move our bodies create a layer of fascia that looks like fuzz and over time this fuzz inhibits movement and flow.  This yoga is intended to hydrate and bring back fluidity and elasticity.
