This is a slower paced hatha class, with emphasis on learning proper alignment and foundational poses. You will be guided through simple breathwork, seated, standing and supine postures and occasional restorative poses. This class is open to everyone and is especially good for beginners, those returning to a regular practice or just looking to slow down and be a little kinder to their body.
