Expect a slower-paced stretching class - to some degree of 'challenge' (not necessarily flowing in between poses but with some basic pranayama breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation at the end. Hatha classes are a good place to learn beginners' poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.
