This is from Ruby's 8.25.21 Wed. evening class that she taught as a Yin Style class. She chose a sequence that works all the major muscle groups of the legs quite thoroughly. We'll hold most postures for about 3 minutes each, which is usually just long enough to go really deep and to shed some layers of tension.
