Join us in nurturing and exploring both our Intentions and the Divine Feminine within thru Yoga, Breath, Movement, Mudras, Chanting, Meditation, and journaling. With Ruby drawing from the tradition of kundalini yoga and offering sound healing with the gong and singing bowls, this workshop will give you an experience you’ll be able to draw from for months to come. Tea and light snacks will be offered. If desired, please bring a journal and item for the altar.
