Start your new year right by taking time to get clear about what you're calling in for the year and amplify that with the power of group intention and the sound current of at least 5 gongs, several crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, flutes, chimes, drums, rain sticks and more. Gentle movement, pranayama, and a short yoga nidra will help to prepare the body for a deep state of relaxation, segueing into almost an hour long sound journey. The progression of sound will begin gently and feel like a wave as it gradually increases and then decreases in intensity. These sounds will help to cleanse and release anything negative that is still lingering from the previous year. You'll likely feel more grounded and balanced and ready to face the new year with clarity and spaciousness, allowing you to connect with powerful intentions for the new year!
