Yin & Pins

with Ruby Koa RYT and Stacey Whitcomb EAMP

Friday October 12th, 7:00-8:45 pm

$40 advanced, $50 at the door (Space limited to 15 ppl., so sign up early)

Join us for this new workshop of Yin and Pins! This thoughtfully crafted workshop will combine the two ancient arts of Yoga and Acupuncture. Fall is all about Yin! Everything in Nature is slowly turning inward towards the quiet contemplation of Winter, including you. The focus will be on letting go of stress, whatever no longer serves you, while also balancing the Metal Element and boosting your immune system.

The evening begins with an hour of Yin Yoga with Ruby (She’ll also play sound healing instruments in the background). A couple of the poses will include some gentle needling to help you go deeper. Then you’ll be guided into deep relaxation and rest for the remainder of your shavasana during the longer acupuncture session that Stacey will lovingly provide.

*Eat something light before class, arrive at least 10 minutes early, and wear loose clothing that can be pulled up over your knees and elbows.

The next one will be Friday, Dec. 7th!
