Vinyasa Flow Yoga (power yoga based)

Build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind through Vinyasa, or the synchronization of breath and movement. Though paced a little faster than Ruby's other classes,  this class is still more accessible to most than the usual Power yoga class in that modified versions of more difficult postures  and options for a slower pace will always be given. This makes the class appropriate for active beginners through to more intermediate students. Though loosely based on the Ashtanga and Baptiste Power style of yoga, the sequence varies some in each class. Sound healing instruments like the gong and singing bowls will sometimes be played during the beginning and end of class to facilitate centering and relaxation.
