Class description: This is a small equipment-based class. Have you ever heard about the Pilates Reformer or Wunda chair? They are unique pieces of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. These training devices use spring resistance instead of weights to help you build strength and move your joints through full range of motion while staying under tension – resulting in a great strength and mobility workout.
