Calling all you experienced yogis or those wanting to find out about this incredible form of yoga; take on the Ashtanga challenge!
An energising style of Yoga, synchronising breath, movement and strength challenge. In this practice the instructor guides you through a progressive primary series of postures, resulting in real physical warmth and focus for body and mind. You will start to see strength improvements within just a few weeks as your body learns the postures.
