Class description: This class creates a welcoming space where you can develop and explore your unique relationship with yoga as a practice for life. Less concerned with achieving any particular physical goal, such as handstands or the splits, this class will share yoga's diverse tools and wisdom, including asana, mantra, mudra and mythology.
