Class description: Our signature style of dynamic Pilates class at an intermediate level. Combines a functional approach to strengthening with mobility and challenge. In standing and on the mat, occasionally standing work includes some aerobic challenge.

Price: £18 per single class price. We also have options for membership and 5, 10 or 20 class passes.
