Class description: Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art known for its slow fluid style and soothing movements. Tai Chi is typically practiced for a variety of reasons including balance, co-ordination and its association with an increased sense of wellbeing and relaxation. Similar to Qigong it is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance ‘qi’ -translated as "life energy" in Chinese.
