Class description: Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of Yoga, combining the benefits of passively holding Yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. The class is open to people with all levels of Yoga experience as the teacher will be giving options for modification and seeking to adapt the movements to the needs of the individual.

We'll start by warming and energising, as we progressively work through a mindful dynamic and flowing Yang Asana (posture) practice. That will help to build muscle strength, energy fluidity and develop your flexibility and spatial awareness. In the Yin portion, we'll slow things...
