A stretching and mobility class designed and instructed by elite mountain runner and two time Australian Mountain Running Champion Simone Brick. The class is shaped around the recovery routine Simone has been using for years to prevent common running injuries and increase strength in often forgotten areas.
Each class will include targeted release techniques for both lower and upper body areas that often inhibit proper running form and lead to break down in training. Also included will be some simple activation and strengthening exercises for the ankles, glutes, and core to make sure you leave with increased freedom of movement, as well as lower injury risk due to improved mechanics.
