Track Session:
Our coach sets up a track session on the netball courts and guides you through the session. The session involves short intervals with recoveries - guaranteed to get your heart rate up and test and improve your run fitness. You will be working to paces: 10km, 5km and race pace so know what these are. Use the VDOT calculator to work out your paces.
