This traditional Hatha Yoga class incorporates breath and postures, (Asanas) sometimes held for short periods of time, balance postures, gentle flowing sequences and pranayama (breathwork)) and meditation.  This class is perfect if you are new to yoga or an on-going student as the asanas are explained in detail enabling you to connect fully with your body, bringing about a moving meditation throughout the hour.  Leave feeling balanced and re-freshed.
