The perfect way to relax and unwind to get yourself physically and mentally ready for a busy week ahead. This class is run by Michelle, an experienced counselor and therapeutic art group facilitator. It has been designed to incorporate breathing, awareness and a gentle movement sequence. The beautifully relaxing class is finished off with an extended meditation to stimulate a deep relaxation response.
