Curious about yoga? New to Yoga? Perhaps you want to re-visit the basic fundamentals of yoga or have not practiced for some time.  This is the class for you. 
Learn about correct alignment in the poses as well as simple breathing techniques for calm and peace. Not only will you stretch and release tension from your muscles, you'll also build strength.
